Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

ClearVoice (clearvoicehq.com) is operated by Void IT Solution ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use ClearVoice, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you use "Continue with Google", your name and Google account ID as provided by Google's sign-in service. We never see or store your Google password.

Files you upload. The audio or video files you submit for noise removal, and the cleaned files we return to you.

Payment information. Card payments are processed through Paddle (our payment processor and Merchant of Record) -- we never receive or store your card number at all; Paddle handles that directly, and Paddle also stores the payment method on file for anyone with an active subscription so it can renew automatically each billing period. See "Payments" below.

Contact form submissions. If you message us via clearvoicehq.com/contact, we collect the name, email, and message you provide.

Usage data. We log basic, first-party product analytics -- page views and key actions like starting an upload -- to understand how ClearVoice is used. We do not use Google Analytics or third-party ad-tracking pixels.

2. Your uploaded files

Files you upload are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 solely to run the noise-removal process and let you download the result. Files (both the original and the cleaned output) are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours, whether or not you've downloaded them. We do not use your audio or video content to train AI models, and we do not review, listen to, or watch your files except when necessary to investigate a reported bug or abuse.

3. How we use your information

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to recognize an anonymous free-trial session before you create an account.

On our blog, we may show ads served by Google AdSense to visitors who are not on a paid plan (an active subscriber's blog browsing stays ad-free). Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technology on those pages to serve ads, including ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses this data and manage your ad personalization settings at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and adssettings.google.com. The app itself -- uploading, processing, and downloading your files -- never shows ads, for anyone.

5. Payments

All payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record / authorized reseller for every transaction. When you pay through Paddle, Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy, and Paddle's terms also apply to that purchase. For the Unlimited subscription plan, Paddle keeps your payment method on file to bill each renewal; you can update it or cancel anytime from your account's Billing settings.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run ClearVoice, each acting under their own privacy/security terms:

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClearVoice, our users, or the public.

7. Data retention

Uploaded files: deleted after 24 hours (see Section 2). Account information: kept while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Payment verification records (TrxID, amount, date): kept as required for our own accounting and tax records.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us through clearvoicehq.com/contact. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children's privacy

ClearVoice is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, automatic file deletion) to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ClearVoice after a change means you accept the updated policy.
