These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ClearVoice (clearvoicehq.com), operated by Void IT Solution ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using ClearVoice, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
ClearVoice is an AI-powered tool that removes background noise from audio and video files you upload, and returns a cleaned version for you to download. It's a best-effort automated processing service, not a human editing service.
You can try ClearVoice without an account, subject to a limited free-trial file length. Creating an account (via email or "Continue with Google") unlocks a larger free-trial allowance and paid plans. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You own whatever you upload, and you own the cleaned file we return to you. We claim no ownership over your content. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that file solely to provide the noise-removal service to you. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 24 hours (see our Privacy Policy) and are never used to train models or shared with anyone else.
Pricing (pay-per-minute processing or the Unlimited plan) is shown on our pricing page and is charged in USD. Changes won't affect a balance or billing period you've already paid for.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides billing customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own terms and conditions also apply to all purchases.
Subscriptions: The Unlimited plan is available as a recurring weekly ($2.99/week) or monthly ($6.99/month) subscription. It renews automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account's Billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals while preserving your access until the end of the current paid billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund criteria.
Fulfillment policy: ClearVoice delivers digital services. Purchased wallet minutes or unlimited subscription access are activated immediately upon successful payment completion, granting instant access to file processing and downloads.
ClearVoice is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for reliable uptime and accurate noise removal, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI processing will produce a perfect result for every file. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Void IT Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClearVoice, including loss of data, loss of a file you didn't keep a backup of, or business losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using ClearVoice and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where Void IT Solution is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use ClearVoice after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
