These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ClearVoice (clearvoicehq.com), operated by Void IT Solution ("we", "us", "our"), based in Bangladesh. By creating an account or using ClearVoice, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What ClearVoice does

ClearVoice is an AI-powered tool that removes background noise from audio and video files you upload, and returns a cleaned version for you to download. It's a best-effort automated processing service, not a human editing service.

2. Accounts and the free trial

You can try ClearVoice without an account, subject to a limited free-trial file length. Creating an account (via email or "Continue with Google") unlocks a larger free-trial allowance and paid plans. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to process, or content that is illegal, infringing, or violates someone else's rights
• Attempt to bypass free-trial limits, rate limits, or payment requirements (e.g. via automation, scripting, or creating multiple accounts to evade limits)
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying models or source code
• Use the service in any way that disrupts it for other users or that we reasonably believe is abusive

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You own whatever you upload, and you own the cleaned file we return to you. We claim no ownership over your content. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that file solely to provide the noise-removal service to you. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 24 hours (see our Privacy Policy) and are never used to train models or shared with anyone else.

5. Payments and plans

Pricing (pay-per-minute processing or an unlimited monthly plan) is shown on our pricing page and may change from time to time; changes won't affect a balance or plan you've already paid for. Bangladeshi customers can pay via bKash or Nagad, verified manually against the transaction ID you submit. International and card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as the Merchant of Record / authorized reseller for those purchases -- Paddle's own terms also apply to any purchase made through it. 6. Service availability

ClearVoice is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for reliable uptime and accurate noise removal, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI processing will produce a perfect result for every file. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Void IT Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClearVoice, including loss of data, loss of a file you didn't keep a backup of, or business losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using ClearVoice and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use ClearVoice after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
